Apartment revitalization

These two apartment blocks are in desperate need of some tlc, both inside and out. The proposal: open up the kitchen to contemporize the layout, replace the kitchen and washroom millwork and fixtures and new finishes throughout the suites and public spaces. The exterior also requires work as it no longer functions properly. The plan is to salvage tyndall stone to clad the lower portion if possible (shown in the green colour scheme) and add interest with an accent stucco colour. Furthermore, the entrances into the apartment buildings are tiny, with no interior vestibule in which to wait to be buzzed into the building. Therefore, if budget allows, an entrance linking the two buildings is to be added.

Option 1: green colour scheme with salvaged tyndall stone

Option 2: orange colour scheme with metal instead of stone if the stone can not be salvaged.
